NuMantra Technologies Inc. (“NuMantra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides ARIA, an AI-powered regulatory platform for CMC authoring, eCTD submission classification, validation, and publishing (“the Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit numantratech.com (the “Site”) or use the Service.
By using the Site or the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account and contact information: name, business email address, company name, job title, and phone number when you request a demo, download a resource (such as our vendor selection scorecard, playbook, or ebook), or create an account.
  • Customer content: documents, source files, LIMS exports, batch records, stability data, and other regulatory submission content you upload to the Service in the course of using ARIA (“Customer Content”).
  • Communications: information you provide when you contact us, request support, or otherwise correspond with us.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent on the Site, referring URLs, and general interaction data, collected through analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 7 below.

1.3 Information We Do Not Collect Through the Site

We do not knowingly collect Customer Content through the public marketing pages of the Site. Customer Content is only submitted through the authenticated ARIA platform environment by customers under a separate order form or service agreement.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Respond to demo requests, support inquiries, and other communications
  • Send you requested resources (playbooks, ebooks, scorecards) and, where you have consented, marketing communications
  • Improve and develop the Site and the Service
  • Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve product and content
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity
  • Comply with legal obligations

2.1 Customer Content and AI Models

Customer Content uploaded to the ARIA platform is used solely to provide the Service to the customer that submitted it. Customer Content is not used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any underlying AI or machine learning model, whether operated by NuMantra or by a third-party model provider. Customer Content belonging to one customer is not shared with, or made accessible to, any other customer, except where a customer has explicitly configured and authorized cross-tenant sharing within the platform.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information as follows:

  • Service providers: with vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics), under contractual obligations to protect the information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
  • Legal requirements: where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • With your consent: for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time information is collected, or with your consent.

 4. Data Retention

We retain personal information and Customer Content for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods for Customer Content are governed by the applicable customer service agreement. Upon request or contract termination, Customer Content is deleted or returned in accordance with the terms of that agreement.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion: request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements
  • Opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the link in any email, or by contacting us directly
  • Portability: request your data in a portable format, where applicable

5.1 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.

5.2 European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the rights listed above as well as the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site, including through Google Analytics 4. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Site and the Service are intended for business use by professionals and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. International Data Transfers

If you access the Site or the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. We take steps designed to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
